bringing my passion to you

My first experience with raw food occurred in 2013 when my family moved back to Europe from the States. A friend introduced me to the most outlandishly delicious and yet simple creations, and it ignited my interest and desire to learn everything I could about raw food.

I was amazed that it was possible to create a delicious Nutella-style cake simply from nuts. Being a stay-at-home mom with my two beautiful kids, I started to experiment, trying recipes. In Bulgaria, I took a class from a well-known raw food chef. Her creations and artistic skills further inspired me. When I returned to the States, I decided I wanted to open my own plant-based dessert shop.

In 2017, I received a Raw Chef certificate from Matthew Kenney’s culinary school in Venice, California.

Now with FRERA = Fresh+Raw, I bring my passion to you.
